Upgrade your old SIM to 4G and get 5 GB free!

Visit any Bakcell Customer Service Center to upgrade your 2G/3G SIM card to a 4G SIM and get 5 GB free. With a new-generation SIM card, you’ll benefit from faster internet and improved network performance.

Starting from 01.06.2026, a 15-day service fee of 0.49 AZN will be applied to SIM cards that remain on 2G and 3G networks. To avoid the service fee, you can upgrade your SIM card for free at any Bakcell Customer Service Center.

Note:

- Phone number remains the same when you upgrade to 4G. Only the network upgrades from 2G/3G to 4G.

- 5 GB of free internet is valid for 30 days.

- you can upgrade SIM card free of charge at any Bakcell Customer Service Center.

- The 0.49 AZN 15-day service fee will be discontinued once the SIM card is switched to the 4G network.
