Metro+
- According to the fair usage policy, the package includes a 3 GB internet usage limit.
- Non-packaged internet tariffication: 512 KB
- To renew the package before its expiration, you can use the Bakcell app or dial *888#
- This package cannot be used by other devices connected through Wi-Fi Hotspot.
- After the package expires, internet usage will be deducted from the balance of the active internet package or charged from the balance according to the tariff.
- If a subscriber activates any other package before the Metro+ package expires, that package can only be used after the Metro+ package's validity period ends.
- The package is only valid in metro trains, underground passages, and metro station areas.
- The package validity period is 1 hour.
- According to the Fair Usage Policy, there's 1 GB of internet for free AI usage.
- Free AI includes text, image, and video generation on ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek platforms.

- Even if the validity period of the package ends the internet connection remains active and usage is charged according to the tariff plan.
- If the active internet package is deactivated or another package is activated unlimited internet can be used until the validity period ends.
- If a new package is activated in addition to unlimited packages the data from the unlimited package will be used first.
- When the validity period of the package ends the remaining internet data will be deleted.
- It is not possible to use unlimited packages through Hotspot connection from other devices.
- The package has a maximum download speed of 4 Mbps and a maximum upload speed of 1 Mbps.
