To switch from the Business plan to the Star plan, you can contact the Customer Service Center or visit Bakcellim offices.
Any remaining bonuses (minutes, megabytes) from the current package will not be transferred to the new package if they have not expired by the next payment date.
To renew your tariff before the end of the current period, you can either use the Bakcell app or enter *688*2#. Any unused balance from your current package will be deleted if you renew the tariff early.
After the validity period of the tariff expires, if the subscription fee of the tariff is not paid or the balance is not topped up, the number will be one-way blocked.
