- When you obtain an additional internet package in the Star tariff, the internet balance provided by the tariff will be used first.
- Tariff switching fee – 0 ₼. Switching fee from high subscription fee tariffs to the Star 7 GB tariff – 1 ₼. ₼16.99 must be in your balance to pay the subscription fee.
- WhatsApp and Telegram include only FREE texting with a limit of 5 GB. When sending/receiving pictures, audio, video, and other files, your internet traffic balance will be used.
- Calls to 101, 102, 103, 104, 199, 186, 112, 152, and 161 are free of charge. The tariff's minutes cannot be used for other short number calls.
- To activate the Star 7 GB plan on a new number, minimum 8.5 ₼ must be added to your balance. The Star 7 GB plan will be activated after deducting 7.5 ₼ for the discounted subscription fee and 1 ₼ for activation costs from the loaded amount.
- To switch from the Business plan to the Star plan, you can contact the Customer Service Center or visit Bakcellim offices.
- Any remaining bonuses (minutes, megabytes) from the current package will not be transferred to the new package if they have not expired by the next payment date.
- To renew your tariff before the end of the current period, you can either use the Bakcell app or enter *600*2#. Any unused balance from your current package will be deleted if you renew the tariff early.
- After the validity period of the tariff expires, if the subscription fee of the tariff is not paid or the balance is not topped up, the number will be one-way blocked.
