Ilter Terzioglu
Ilter Terzioglu is an executive with broad experience in the telecom business and globally acclaimed leader in digital transformation projects.
Mr. Terzioglu is a Member of the Boards of Directors at telecommunications companies within the holding, namely Bakcell and Vodafone Ukraine. He is also the Board Member at different other international telecom companies.
His background comes from Ericsson since 1998 where he had different leadership roles. He joined Turkcell Group, a leading telecommunication operator in Turkey in 2003 and after taking several senior management roles became the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Finance.
He also undertook the roles of Chief of International Business, Chief Strategic Projects Officer and Chief Network Operations Officer at Turkcell.
He graduated from the Department of Econometrics at Istanbul University.
