- If the tariff validity period expires and the subscription fee is not paid or the balance is not topped up, the number will be one-way blocked.

- Calls to the numbers 101, 102, 103, 104, 199, 186, 112, 152, 161 are free. Minutes included in the tariff cannot be used for calls to other short numbers.

- To renew the tariff before the expiration date, you can use the Bakcell app or dial *905*2#.

- Free WhatsApp usage includes only text messages and is limited to 1 GB. When photos, audio, videos or other files are sent or received, the data will be deducted from the internet balance.

- When the tariff period expires or you migrate to another tariff, any unused balance of the tariff will be deleted.

- When the tariff is renewed before the renewal date, the remaining balance (internet, minutes, SMS) can still be used until the expiration date.

- When you receive an internet package, the package’s internet will be used first.

- To switch to GO 11.99 tariff, a minimum balance of 11.99₼ is required.
