Cenk Serdar is a global business leader with 20+ years of internet and mobile experience in 30+ developed and emerging markets.

Mr. Serdar is a Member of the Boards of Directors at telecommunications companies within the holding, namely Bakcell and Vodafone Ukraine.

Before joining NEQSOL Holding's management team, Mr. Serdar held senior leadership roles with Saudi Telecom Group (2013-2019), Vodafone Group (2009-2013), Turkcell Group (2005–2009) and Dogus Group (1999– 2004), where he delivered business growth, M&A and turnarounds locally and globally, in the telecommunications, banking, automotive and technology industries. He has served extensively on boards of telecom, technology and financial services companies. He is also a Fulbright Scholar and angel investor/advisor.

Mr. Serdar earned an MBA from the Wharton School and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University in Ankara.
