To activate the DaimOnline 11 plan on a new number, minimum 6.5 ₼ must be added to your balance. The DaimOnline 11 plan will be activated after deducting 5.5 ₼ for the discounted subscription fee and 1 ₼ for activation costs from the loaded amount.
To switch from the Business plan to the DaimOnline plan, you can contact the Customer Service Center or visit Bakcellim offices.
The migration fee is 0 ₼. 11 ₼ should be on balance to pay the monthly fee. To renew the tariff before expiration period, please use Bakcell mobile app or dial *310*2#. If you renew the tariff before the package period expires, the remaining package will be removed.
Monthly 5 GB is provided for free WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook. The traffic for video calls via Instagram and voice messages via Facebook Messenger is charged from the main 5 GB bonus package.
After the validity period of the tariff expires, if the subscription fee of the tariff is not paid or the balance is not topped up, the number will be one-way blocked.
