AI Talk Service – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of the “AI Talk” service offered by Bakcell. By subscribing to the service, the subscriber confirms that he/she agreed to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service 

AI Talk is an artificial intelligence–based SMS service that enables users to use the service 24/7 without requiring an internet connection. The Service operates through an automated system, and all responses are generated without human intervention.

2. Terms Regarding AI-Generated Responses

2.1. Responses provided through the Service are automatically generated using artificial intelligence technologies and are for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice and must not be treated as a substitute for such advice. 

2.2. Bakcell LLC does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, relevance, or timeliness of AI-generated content. Responses generated by the AI do not represent the official position of Bakcell LLC.

2.3. The User bears full responsibility for any decisions made based on the information provided through the Service and for any consequences arising from such decisions.

 3. Risks and Limitations

3.1. Artificial intelligence technology may, in certain cases, generate inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or contextually inappropriate responses.

3.2. No guarantee is provided that the Service will operate uninterrupted or error-free. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, network disruptions, or reliance on third-party platforms.

3.3. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis.

3.4. Bakcell LLC shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of content provided through AI Talk.

3.5. The User is prohibited from using the Service for any purpose that violates the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, or for the creation, distribution, or promotion of content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, incites violence, contains hate speech, disrupts public order, or infringes upon the rights and legitimate interests of third parties. In the event of a violation, the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Service is reserved.

4. Data Processing 

4.1. SMS messages sent within the scope of the Service may be automatically processed for the purposes of service improvement, quality assurance, security, and the prevention of misuse. 

4.2. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data”. 

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1. These Terms of Use are construed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

5.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

6. Amendments to the Terms

6.1. Bakcell LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use unilaterally at any time for legal, technical, commercial, or service development reasons.

6.2. By subscribing to the Service, the User confirms that he/she has reviewed the current version of the Terms of Use and expressly agrees to them.

6.3. Users may be notified of amendments via SMS and/or through publication on Bakcell’s official website.  Updated Terms shall enter into force upon publication.

6.4. Continued use of the Service after amendments become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
