Chance packages

• When the minutes in the package consume or the validity period expires, calls will be charged according to the tariff plan.

• After the package validity period ends, if there are sufficient funds on the balance, the package will be automatically renewed.

• To stop the automatic renewal of the package, the package must be deactivated.

• When deactivating the package, you can use the remaining minutes until the package expiration date.

• If there are insufficient funds on the balance to pay the subscription fee, the package will not be deactivated, and the subscription fee will be deducted from the balance once the balance is topped up.

• When the package validity period expires, the remaining minutes of the package are canceled.

• To deactivate the package, dial: *808#0#YES. Even after deactivation, your chances will still be participated in the next draw.
