During February of 2009,  Bakcell Ltd. has installed 31 base stations throughout Azerbaijan.Thanks to the launch of new base stations the quality of the network coverage has improved in Baku, Absheron Peninsula, Agsu, Goranboy, Agdash, Goychay, Gabala, Oguz, Zagatala,  Samukh, Mingachevir and Balakan regions. At present the Bakcell network covers more than 80% of the territory of Azerbaijan. This is only a part of wide-scale plan on maximum expansion of coverage of the all republic with services of Bakcell by the end of 2009. In the company all efforts are made for that Bakcell could assert itself as a mobile operator presenting its subscribers complete coverage of all Azerbaijan territory with qualitative services.
