    Bakcell has increased the maximum duration of a phone conversation. “Research has indicated that our customers talk more and more every month, which makes us very happy. It is very important for us to not only provide our customers with high quality and non-stop connection, but also make sure that our customers enjoy their conversations as much as they want.. That’s why we have decided to double maximum duration of one call – up to 60 minutes” - Krasimir Genov, Bakcell’s commercial director noted. “Overall, our customers have increased the total duration of their calls for the 50 weeks of 2009 more than 1.5 times, compared to previous year.” - K.Genov stated.
