Bakcell, in line with its philosophy to get closer to the customers and provide more value than competitors, has extended the term of its bonus campiagns ‘Her vaxtiniz xeyir!’ and ‘Successful Start’ untill the end of the current year. Bakcell’s Commercial Director Krasimir Genov said: ‘We anticipated that these campigns will be very popular with our customers, but the sales volumes were beyond our most optimistic expectations”. According Mr Genov, from the start of these campaigns in the beginning of September up until end November Bakcell has sold more than 280,000 new numbers which significantly contributed to increasing Bakcell subscriber base to more than 2mln customers. As part of the ‘‘Her vaxtiniz xeyir!’ campaign Bakcell increased the number of bonus contours – the bigger the value of the sracth-card, the more countors customers get. As part of the ‘Successful Start’ campaign new Cin subsribers will get 12 000 free contours and free 50 SMS throughout the next 12 month.  Bakcell has also extended the term of bonus campaign for its Klass Professional subsribers. As part of this campaign, customers get free 100 SMS and free 35 MB of high-speed internet traffic, as well as free calls to their Voice mail. Mr Genov said: “Renewed Klass Professional is the most econiomical of all the Klass tariff types. So in the last few months we had a lot of new customers as well as requests from other Klass subscribers to transfer them to the Professional tariff. Reacting promptly to our customers’ wishes we decided that migranting subribers from any Klass tariff to Klass professional will be provided fo free’.
