Additional Information:
For prepaid numbers:
- If the tariff’s subscription fee is not paid or the balance validity period expires, the number will be one-way blocked for outgoing calls.
- If the subscription fee is not paid or the balance is not topped up within 30 days after one-way block, the number will be fully two-way blocked.
- After two-way block, the number can be reactivated within 150 days by paying the tariff’s subscription fee or topping up the balance. If no payment is made within this 150-day period, the number will be permanently canceled, and any remaining balance will be deleted. Upon the subscriber’s request, the deleted amount may be restored. After deducting applicable fees (bank commissions, cash-out fees, etc.), the remaining balance will be refunded to the subscriber’s number.
For postpaid numbers:
- The usage limit is the sum of the funds loaded onto the number and the assigned credit limit. When the usage limit is reached, the number is blocked for outgoing calls only.
- If payment is not made by the end of the current month, an invoice debt is incurred. If the invoice debt is not paid within the next 30 days, the number is blocked for outgoing calls.
- If the balance is not renewed within 60 days after the one-sided block, the number is fully blocked.
- After full blocking, the number can be reactivated within 90 days by adding funds to the balance. If no payment is made within 90 days, the number will be terminated. Any debt on the terminated number remains and must be paid by the subscriber.
