The dialing rule
Starting from March 9, 2012, Bakcell is implementing new dialing rule. According to the said rule, dialing should include only 10 digits. From this date to make a phone call or send SMS and MMS to a Bakcell subscribers please always add 055 in front of seven-digit number.
Example:
055 XXXXXXX YES, the XXXXXXX is 7-digit Bakcell number.
For your convenience, please do not forget to add 055 in front of the numbers saved in the memory of your mobile phone.
