Taking into consideration a worsening of the situation at the front-line territories, as well as the growing need of the population for mobile communication, Bakcell being the First Mobile Operator and Leading Mobile internet provider of Azerbaijan has loaded free minutes to balance of Bakcell subscribers, who live at the said regions. As of today, subscribers who live at the territory of Agdam, Fuzuli and Terter regions will receive SMS messages, informing that 50 free minutes were loaded to their balance, provided that their mobile number has been active during the last 30 days (received and made calls). Free minutes can be used only for on-net calls and shall remain valid until the end of April. At the same time Bakcell pays special attention to the quality of network at the above mentioned regions.
