After completion of the lottery, the subscribers, who took part in it without winning any prizes, will get 20 free minutes for on-net calls. To join the lottery, one should simply get a discount when using the services provided by one of such partners of the Ulduzum program as Megafun, 189 Taksi or Hesab.az by means of the Ulduzum code. A minimum amount spent when using these services must equal to 5 AZN. A subscriber will get one winning chance for every 5 AZN spent from the balance. If the total sum of payments equals or exceeds 20 AZN, the chances to win will be doubled. The winners will be determined as follows: A subscriber, who uses the services of the 3 above listed partners of the Ulduzum program during a day by means of Ulduzum code, will get an opportunity to participate in the lottery. The winner of each day is determined randomly during the first day of a new week by means of special software. The winner of any day could become the winner of the main prize. There can only be one winner of the main prize. All subscribers, who get a chance to win in the period from the first to the last day of the lottery, will participate in the lottery. The winner of the main prize will be determined randomly on 25th of May 2015 by means of special software.  With more than 120 partners, the Ulduzum program covers selected restaurants, luxurious clothing and various accessories, perfume, furniture, home appliances and electronics stores, along with health, sports, recreation and service centers.
