Payment via ATMs, Kiosks and Bank’s Branch

Payment through ATM

You can top up your balance using ATMs of local banks. Payments can be made with VISA or MasterCard cards.

To top up your balance via ATM:

• Insert your bank card and enter your PIN
• Select Bakcell payment
• Enter your mobile number
• Choose your tariff plan: CIN, Klass, or Business
• Select the amount
• Confirm the amount
• Your balance will be updated once the ATM transaction is complete.

 

Payment via bank kiosks

You can also top up your balance at banks, and bank kiosks located in many other locations. Follow the same procedure as for ATM payments.

Cash payment at bank branches

You can top up your balance with cash at any branch of a local bank. Just visit the bank and make the payment there.

To check your balance, dial *100# (service fee: 0.09 ₼) or control your balance for free through the Bakcell app.
